     Availability is posted every 1st of the Month for the following Month. Ex: Availability for the month of June will be posted May 1st and so on. Mark your calendars - Lena

Booking & Appointment Policy

PLEASE READ

* NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT !! 

~ I DO mean this in the humblest way possible ~ 

* ALL DEPOSITS GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE BALANCE 

* Wash & Blow Drying is a separate service, If needed Please Notify Stylist in the Message Box when Booking 

* Appointment Reservations are strictly to eliminate or avoid No Call-No Shows & to reduce Unfilled Appointment Slots. 

* ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & are ONLY TRANSFERABLE ONE TIME when Original Appointment is Properly Canceled 24 Hours in Advance. Next Appointment Date MUST be SET within 30 Days OR your Deposit will be Forfeit. Any payments made by Square, CashApp or Venmo require an additional 3% fee to total.

* If a client is 15 minutes late, their original appointment is no longer guaranteed - Cancellation with no Refund is possible 

If the client is able to be serviced, there will be a $10 LATE CHARGE - If over 20 minutes late and allowed to stay for services, client will be considered a walk-in meaning any appointments arriving on time after yours have to be started at that time. 

* Please Call or Text 24 Hours in Advance to give Cancellation Notices. This Considerate Act of Timely Communication allows for another client to be taken care of! 

 

* If Client happens to not give a 24 hour cancellation notice or happens to be a no call no show, 100% of the service balance fee will be applied and due BEFORE the next appointment can be scheduled.  Any appointments made without clearing that balance WILL be canceled with NO REFUND of the deposit. This charge ensures that your stylist be compensated for their time.

* There are no refunds after services are rendered. However, if there by any chance is a discrepancy, within reason I would be more than willing to correct it. 

This ensures that each and every client of Beautiful Intentions can experience the quality service they deserve.  

* Current pricing for salon services are listed on the  Services page. Prices are subject to change at any time, but we strive to be as transparent as possible. Your stylist is more than willing to give a price quote before performing any service, all you have to do is ask.
